Today the CD is being printed and the record release will be on Thursday. Since my work is done, I am posting the design already:

sorry people, but lately i have been concentrating on my illustration work. and i mean illustration – not illustrator. i mean paper and pencil and eraser and so on. i don’t have easy access to a scanner, so it’s hard to keep this website up to date with recent illustrations or cartoons, but i promise as soon as i draw something that is good enough (=beyond my “i am in the process of getting the stroke right” phase) and something not too personal, i will make my way to a scanner and share my work with you

I am about to finish up my last worx for my favorite and most loyal client in Berlin –> Spirit Yoga Berlin and I am sad about it. We have been working together really successfully for 5 years now and it’s time for me to move on and find work here in the Bay Area. The nine hours are killing me (and them) when it comes to communication with the print house and revisions of files… However, since I am slowly moving out of the Spirit Yoga World, I would like to post some work that I’ve done for them and also thank them (each and everyone of them) for the long, hard, mostly fun work and time that we shared. And also for the great work that we all pulled off! Thanks all!
Now I am off to new shores and I am excited. I will be designing my first (Music) CD Cover! And it will be punk rock americana! Yay! Haven’t started yet, but as soon as we have some material from the photo shoot I’ll get down with it!

Refine is a project of a friend of a friend and it’s unfortunately not been used for a long time. Refine analyzes existing interfaces and offers to enhance the usability by “refining” or adjusting. Or in their own words:
Bei Refine geht es darum, bestehende Interfaces zu analysieren und durch kleine Anpassungen oder eben “refinements” Verbesserungen in der Benutzbarkeit zu erreichen. Wichtig hierbei ist die Erkenntnis, dass oft durch kleine und kleinste Anpassungen grosse Verbesserungen möglich sind.
